What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you want and your message. If you email or phone us, we hold what you tell us.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. This is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
  • To carry out and certify work if you hire us. This is performing a contract, and meeting legal obligations such as keeping certification records.

We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees your details

Form submissions are handled by [form service, for example Formspree, and its location] and delivered to our email. Our email provider is [email provider]. These providers process your details only to deliver them to us. We may also share details where the law requires it, or with certification bodies where needed to register your installation.

How long we keep it

This website does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content, and it loads its fonts from our own server. Because of that, there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
